IMPORTANT ENVERA NOTICE:
Stickers are only to be affixed to motor vehicles.  Please do not hand carry or use on bicycles as the system will not operate properly.  If someone is just carrying the sticker and walks through or comes through on a bicycle,  the magnetic loops in the ground do not sense the vehicle traveling over it, and the gate stays open for a long time before it either recycles, or a car does finally pass over it.  Those who do this are jeopardizing the safety of the entire community.

POOL UPDATE: May 2, 2020
The pool is now open, but strict guidelines must be followed in order for it to remain open.  Please read guidelines below:

OUR NEIGHBORHOOD
Welcome to the official homeowners' site for Oasis at Palm Aire. We are a gated community with 167 beautiful homes. Our community includes a clubhouse, with a pool area and workout room. The neighborhood is only minutes from the Isle Casino and horse racing track and is situated within the Palm Aire community.

ENVERA SECURITY

Community Forum

Our community is monitored by 24 hour security through the Envera Virtual Guard System.  Nighttime monitoring also includes a roving security guard.

Guest Procedures

When a guest is not registered and automatically authorized with Driver’s License Recognition, our licensed, virtual security guards will greet the guest and contact the resident he or she is going to visit. The Virtual Guard will contact that resident to confirm that the guest is allowed in, and then grant or deny access as necessary.
Two-way audio and one-way video facilitate the communication between a guest at our gated community and the Virtual Guard at the Central Station. Each guest is logged using video and audio verification.

To keep up to date with the latest community news. You may request access to our community Facebook. Alan will grant access upon confirmation you are a resident.

Gates

The gates have been adjusted to close after one car has gone through. This is to prevent vehicles that don't belong in here from "piggy-backing" in illegally. Also, when exiting, you MUST STOP first and wait for the gate to open. Do not go through a gate that has been opened by a previous car or you run the risk of the gate damaging your vehicle.
